Anthem started out in 1982 as media contractors, selling posters on the sides of national lorry fleets and London tourist buses, under the name of Freight Media. We launched our own advan fleet early in 1987 and built this operation up to become the UK’s largest. We soon added the vehicle conversion and production sides you see on this site, starting by building a clear sided heated swimming pool on an articulated lorry twenty years ago.
In 2005 we separated the two sides of the business, merging the advan fleet with Mobile Media to offer the biggest and most diverse fleet in the UK and full details can be found here www.mobilemedia.co.uk
Managing Director Nicholas Lees launched Anthem in 1982, and is happy to deal with
all aspects of the business -
Operations director Charles Lees has also been with Anthem since the beginning, and keeps the various wheels turning, 26 years experience means that there aren’t many problems that faze him.
Sales director Anthony “Spike” Milligan joined in 1996 and has over 30 years experience in all types of media sales, radio, TV, press and outdoor. Spike is well known throughout many of Mayfair’s finest restaurants.
Production Manager Lee Jones has been creating wondrous custom builds for over 14 years, and has now been with Anthem for 6 years. When not busy either designing or building things, he is in his studio making music.
